Lubbers Logistics Group acquires majority share of Uniworld Logistics Singapore  
Schoonebeek, May 28 2019. Lubbers Logistics Group, the logistics provider to the energy sector and adjacent industry verticals, has acquired a majority share of Uniworld Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd as per 1 June 2019. The Singapore branch of Uniworld Logistics Group will be fully integrated into the Lubbers Global Freight division and will continue under the new brand name Lubbers Uniworld Global Freight Singapore Pte Ltd.
The acquisition is part of Lubbers' strategy to further strengthen its Global Freight position in the global energy logistics market. Uniworld Singapore will become part of the Lubbers Global Freight network, but will also remain to be the representative office of Uniworld Logistics Group with its home base in India.
Through the acquisition Lubbers Global Freight establishes its presence in the APAC region and adds a significant number of global trade lanes to its network. It is a great asset that the current team of Uniworld Singapore, headed by Mr. Shah Eran, will now deploy their experience and expertise with respect to logistics services in Southeast Asia in the new setting. In the coming period the Singapore branch will be fully integrated within the Lubbers organization in terms of IT systems, reporting, QHSE policy and procedures in order to offer a seamless, fully transparent and high quality service delivery.
Effective June 1, Mr Steven Lim has been appointed as Regional Director APAC and he will take the lead in the further development of Lubbers Uniworld Global Freight in the region. Steven has a solid background as senior manager of several logistics companies focussing on the Oil & Gas industry in Asia for almost 20 years. Steven will be based in Singapore.

Schoonebeek, April 11 2019. It is a pleasure to announce that a new Regional Sales Manager Black & Caspian Sea will join Lubbers Logistics Group. Mr. Ralph Endert will start his job from May 1, 2019. He will be responsible for sales of all Lubbers’ services and for further commercial development in the Black and Caspian Sea region.
Ralph has a broad expertise and experience with regard to sales and engineering of multimodal transport and logistics project solutions. He was a Sales Manager for a number of years at Van der Wal Transport in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. And he worked as a General Manager for ETS-Logistics for the past seven years. We welcome Ralph to our team and wish him good luck in his new career at Lubbers Logistics Group

On Tuesday 22nd January Lubbers were audited by LRQA for the transition from OHSAS 18001: 2007 to ISO 45001: 2018. We are pleased to announce we have been accredited with the new standard!

Schoonebeek - November 12, 2018. Twice a year there is an inspection from Stichting Normering Arbeid. Lubbers @work meets the NEN 4400-1 requirements again. This means that we meet the requirements imposed on temporary employment agencies established in the Netherlands when it comes to obligations from work.

Schoonebeek, June 21, 2018 - Lubbers Logistics Group, one of Europe’s leading players in specialised transport and logistics for the Oil & Gas industry, is expanding its services to other complex industrial sectors. At the same time the company launches its global project services division with Lubbers Global Freight. What started as a regional road transport business in 1929, has grown into a renowned company with 14 international facilities across Europe, recently adding Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

Global growth and service differentiation
To consolidate its position and guarantee future growth, Lubbers broadened its focus. While continuing to build their presence in upstream O&G transport, they expand their services for specialised transport and logistics to other complex sectors.
