Are you an all-rounder in transportation? Besides loading and unloading on the yard where you provide the planning department with information, you keep the yard tidy, safe and report any damage to material to the Fleet Manager. You also take care of deliveries with the sprinter, among other things.
You will work independently in shifts (weekend shifts according to a set schedule). You supervise the correct loading and load securing of cargoes arriving and departing from the yard and set an example in terms of working safely. You take care of quality, health, safety and environment. You perform work according to established rules, procedures, guidelines and safety regulations. You inform the planning department about the status of current transport orders, as well as about load data (dimensions, weights and load securing). You check the availability of rental/sale containers/baskets and prepare them for transport. You report deviating conditions of material to the Fleet Manager. You are also available as a truck driver.
