De uitdaging
Als Accounts Receivable Specialist ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze internationale financiële operatie. Je beheert de openstaande posten van meerdere Europese vestigingen en onderhoudt contact met klanten in verschillende landen. Je zorgt ervoor dat betalingen tijdig binnenkomen, afwijkingen worden gesignaleerd en afspraken correct worden vastgelegd. Debiteurenbeheer & klantcontact
- Beheren van debiteurenportefeuilles voor meerdere Europese vestigingen
- Benaderen van klanten (telefonisch en schriftelijk) over openstaande facturen
- Opstellen en bewaken van betalingsregelingen
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig escaleren waar nodig
Samenwerking & procesoptimalisatie
- Afstemmen met Finance, Sales en Customer Service in verschillende landen
- Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen internationaal debiteurenbeheer en proactief voorstellen doen ter verbetering van efficiëntie en resultaat.
- Voorbereiden van rapportages en analyses
Administratieve werkzaamheden
- Verwerken van administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van het debiteurenproces
Wie ben jij?
- MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur financieel
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Payt of met een vergelijkbaar debiteurenbeheersysteem
- Communicatief sterk, klantgericht en niet bang om de telefoon te pakken
- Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en proactief
- Ervaring met internationale klanten of meertalige communicatie zien wij graag terug
- Uitstekende beheersing van Engels en een goede beheersing van Nederlands; extra talen zijn welkom

As senior planner, you are responsible for coordinating domestic or international transport routes to and from our location in Schoonebeek. Are you an all-rounder in transport? The work of a Crane Truck Driver at Lubbers varies from day to day, so no day is the same. A Crane Truck Driver transports, loads, lashes and unloads equipment, machines, constructions and road plates, among other things.
