Maarten Bedaf
Chief Commercial Officer & Managing Director Global Freight
Maarten is an experienced general and commercial manager in the logistics industry. He started his carrier at a local trucking company, after which he gained multidisciplinary experience in managing complex logistics projects.
Before joining Lubbers Logistics Group, he worked for logistics companies such as Kuehne & Nagel, CEVA Logistics and DSV Global Transport and Logistics. Maarten developed a solution to be more cost-effective in the entire supply chain of several verticals. At DSV, he was part of the initial team that developed the 4PL solution in Europe

Tony Tailford
Managing Director Road Transport
Tony is considered the operational heart of Lubbers by many. And for the right reasons. At the age of 17, he started working with his father, a self-employed operator truck driver. Together they developed Ron Tailford Haulage (RTH) in the UK. By the age of 25, Tony was running the company.
Tony is a self-taught worker. He learned all the aspects of running a transport company, including running the yard, planning, developing the fleet and staff management by doing the job. As a result, Tony built RTH into a dominant UK-based International Transport Company specialising in the energy sector.

Nick Latham
Regional Director UK and Nordic
Nick grew up in Australia and returned to the United Kingdom to complete senior school at Gordonstoun and then some time studying Business Management at the University near Edinburgh in Scotland.
After University, Nick started his working career at the Energy Drinks Company Red Bull in a sales & marketing position. This enabled him to broaden his career within a large international company and gain exposure to many aspects of the workings of a large business.
Nick joined Lubbers in 2011 where he started his sales career as a sales manager. In 2016 he was promoted to Sales and Marketing Director in the UK and since 2021 he holds a position as Regional Director UK & Nordic.
