As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for technical support within our organization. You play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations and assist colleagues both domestically and internationally with a wide range of IT issues. In this role, you work closely with an international team and directly contribute to user efficiency and satisfaction. You provide end-user support to employees on-site and remotely, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues concerning endpoints such as desktops, laptops, and network services. This includes:
